Manually Dismiss Banner Notifications With This Jailbreak Tweak

A new jailbreak tweak called "Sticker" makes it possible for users to manually dismiss banner notifications on a jailbroken iDevice.
Once downloaded and installed, users can enable Sticker in the Settings app. After enabling the jailbreak tweak, incoming banner notifications will not automatically disappear. Instead, users will be required to manually dismiss the notification via a preset action. This can be an actual action (like "flip up"), or instead you can dismiss banner notifications via a button, which appears alongside incoming notifications.
It's also possible to customize how banner notifications appear from within the Settings app.
Take a look at Dom's video walkthrough below for more information on the jailbreak tweak. Currently, Sticker is available for $0.99 in the Cydia Store via the BigBoss repository.
