The Fast-Paced Action Of Ruby Blast Adventures Comes To The App Store

The social match-3 game, Ruby Blast Adventures, has been available as a web-based game for some time. Although, Zynga now offers fans an easy way to play on-the-go, the availability of a native iOS app that landed in the App Store just a couple of days ago.
Help Ruby as she digs for treasure at an ancient dig site. To make your way down, tap on a group of three or more same colored gems and watch them explode. Just like other match-3 puzzle games, such as Bejeweled Blitz, it's a race against time with a necessity of fast-paced wits and the bonus of nova flares, meteor showers, and other power-ups. The quicker you work, the bigger the reward, including additional time, coins, and lightning bolts.
Even the social aspect is similar as Ruby Blast is integrated with Facebook to offer a global leaderboard against your friends and to allow posting achievements, plus the opportunity to compete in weekly tournaments.
Ruby Blast is designed for iPhone 4, fifth generation iPod touch and newer running iOS 4.3 or later, and available in the App Store for $0.99. If you don't mind ads, there's the option of Ruby Blast Free. The game may play on iPad as well as earlier iPhone and iPod touch models, but it is not optimized for them.
