Runner-up:

We’ve been in love with tap tap tap’s Camera+ app ever since it arrived for iPhone in 2010.
Camera+ for iPad includes all of the tools that makes the iPhone app great, including the company’s signature Clarity feature, which The Wall Street Journal called “photography’s secret sauce.”
Our favorite feature is iCloud sync, which makes it easy to see photos taken across iOS devices.
