Fourth Beta Of iOS 6.1 Now Available For Developers

Apple has just released the fourth beta version of iOS 6.1 to developers. It is available now over the air and through Apple's developer site.
The release comes exactly two weeks after iOS 6.1 beta 3 was introduced.
Also, there is a new preview of Xcode 4.6 available along with a new Apple TV beta for developers.
