Om Nom Nom ... Cut The Rope Creator ZeptoLab's Pudding Monsters Will Eat Up Your Time
December 20, 2012
ZeptoLab has had immense success with Cut the Rope and its "experimental" spinoff, Cut the Rope: Experiments, both starring the adorable Om Nom. But it's looking to secure more success with Pudding Monsters, its brand new game starring brand new wacky characters. And by the looks of things, ZeptoLab won't be having much trouble doing so.
I mean, have you looked at Pudding Monsters? It looks absolutely great. And better yet, have you played Pudding Monsters? Well, you probably haven't, seeing as it's just been released in the App Store. But yes, it does play absolutely great too.
In Pudding Monsters, you have to help the sweet titular characters escape from the gluttonous fridge owner.

To do just that, you have to swipe them so as to make them stick together. Because, apparently, making them stick together will lead to their becoming an ultra mega monster big enough to scare away their perpetually hungry adversary.
We'll have a full review here on AppAdvice soon, but you can download Pudding Monsters for iPhone and Pudding Monsters HD for iPad now in the App Store for $0.99 each.
Having completed some of the levels in Pudding Monsters, I have to say that the game's mix of colorful graphics, amusing sound effects, and simple yet challenging gameplay is extremely addictive.
If Pudding Monsters doesn't end up being the next AppAdvice Game of the Week, I'm going to eat a fridge full of pudding. On second thought, that doesn't sound like a terrible punishment at all, does it? Mmm ... pudding.
