Top Gear: Stunt School Revolution Update Adds A Trio Of Features

December 6, 2012
The revolution is getting even better. The fun app Top Gear: Stunt School Revolution has recently been updated to version 2.0, adding a trio of new features. If you’re not into cars, "Top Gear" is a BBC produced show about all things motor vehicles. It is the world’s most watched non-fiction program, and has its own unique visual style and presentation. And the app is all about stunt driving. If you’ve ever wanted to jump across the Grand Canyon in a motor home, escape Alcatraz in a sports car, or speed through a roller coaster on top of a New York City skyscraper, you’ll get the chance. Other stunt locations include Moscow, London, China and Sydney. Probably the best new feature in the update is improved Facebook functionality. You can now challenge your friends to beat your high score on each stunt. Drivers can now also win in-game prizes with the Daily Spin. And there will also be new Stig Rewards every week in the app. Top Gear: Stunt School Revolution is a universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad. It can be downloaded in the App Store now for free. It is optimized for the larger, 4-inch screen of the iPhone and fifth-generation iPod touch. There are in-app purchases available for gold nuts, permits and Stig dollars. While I’ve got an iPad full of racing games, Top Gear: Stunt School Revolution was a lot of fun. The stunts were challenging, and I’ll keep coming back. [gallery link="file"]
