Even though Incipio’s new Atlas case for the iPhone 5 was far from the only waterproof solution announced at CES 2013 in Las Vegas, it does come with an interesting plus – its own warranty.
The one-year warranty covers the smartphone and case from accidental damage and includes repair or replacement of the iPhone 5. A simple app allows users to complete warranty registration quickly after purchasing the case.
The Atlas is water resistant up to 6.56 feet for one hour of use and has a full IP-68 rating against dirt and dust. Along with complete access to all ports, buttons, and controls the case’s tempered glass covers the iPhone 5’s screen.
Available in black and white, the case will be available in February and retail for $89.99.

Incipio has also been busy creating an iPhone 5 version of its popular battery case. The OffGRID Pro Battery Case for the iPhone 5 will debut next month and retail for $99.99. Buyers can choose a black, gray, or white version of the case.
Probably the nicest feature of the case is the ability to switch out 2,000mAH battery packs when needed. Along with a double sled charger/power pack, one battery is included with the case. Additional batteries can be purchased for $19.99 each.
Also debuting next month will be the OffGRID battery case that contains a non-removable 2,500mAh battery. It will cost $89.99.
