February 16, 2013
One of the more interesting mobile board games is on sale for a limited time. Now through Sunday, Feb. 17, the complex Le Havre (The Harbor) is available for just $0.99.
First released in June, La Havre is a universal adaptation of the popular board game. In it, users can compete against up to five people, or the computer. Your goal is to construct objects such as buildings and ships to support your growing shipping empire.
Le Havre is unique in that it uses a resource gathering model to encourage players to gain goods such as grain, wood or iron, and use or convert them into other goods, such as brick or charcoal. The goal is to acquire more cash, goods, or buildings than everyone else by the end of the game.
