Bargain hunters rejoice. Apple’s online store is now carrying refurbished models of both the fourth-generation iPad and iPad mini.
Currently, there are four refurbished models of the fourth-generation tablet for sale. A 16GB white Wi-Fi version is $449. Three Wi-Fi + Cellular models with Verizon support are also available. Both the 32GB black and white versions are $679 while a 16GB white tablet is $579.
On the iPad mini side, a 32GB white Wi-Fi edition is $389. For $40 more, you can snag a 16GB white Wi-Fi + Cellular model with Verizon compatibility.
And if you want to grab one of the bargain tablets, I wouldn’t wait for too long. Refurbished models have been known to quickly sell out.
All of the refurbished models have the same one-year warranty as a regular model and come with a new battery and outer shell. I’ve purchased a few refurbished iPads from Apple, and have always been pleased with the tablets.
