Run With Sheldon For A Chance To Win A $10 iTunes Gift Card

April 15, 2013
AppAdvice has teamed up with Bee Square, our latest AppAdvice Daily podcast sponsor, in order to offer you a chance to win a $10 iTunes Gift Card just for trying their new endless runner for iPhone and iPad, Run Sheldon (Free). Remember the famous race between the tortoise and the hare? Well, Sheldon is the tortoise from that race and he has the trophy to prove it. The only problem is that hares are pretty sore losers, and their gang is dead set on stealing back that golden trophy. Your job is to help Sheldon retain his hard earned trophy by running as fast as possible. As Sheldon speeds ahead through the lush environments, you must tap on the screen to leap over hares and other dangerous obstacles. Hares are tricky little creatures and they won't always be in plain sight, so keep an eye out for those dropping from the sky or popping out of the ground. Don't forget, you can always bounce on their heads to take them out instead of avoiding them altogether. You'll also want to collect coins and power-ups along the way. The coins can be used to upgrade power-ups and purchase boosts, or you can use them to revive Sheldon when things go wrong. Completing the game's hundreds of challenges will also earn you bonus coins. Run Sheldon includes multiple environments, 10 types of enemies, four power-ups, and leaderboards via Game Center. Feel free to check out our in-depth review to learn more about Sheldon's new challenge! To have a chance at randomly winning one of our three $10 gift cards, just download Run Sheldon and let us know what you think in the comments section below. All entries must be received before Apr. 15 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. Only one entry per person is allowed, and are limited to those with United States iTunes Store accounts. Remember to also check your junk email box when the giveaway is over!
