Take Simulation Gaming To New Heights With The Sims FreePlay's New Update

April 25, 2013
Previously, The Sims FreePlay encouraged you to live large. Now, it's inviting you to move up. The popular freemium iOS edition of Electronic Arts' The Sims got its Livin' Large update just last month. That update brought a town map expansion with new beachside lots twice as large as standard lots. This time, The Sims FreePlay has just received its Moving Up update. The new update lets you add second and third stories for your Sims. And to help your Sims level up in style, the update also introduces elevators, escalators, and even fire poles. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. On top of (or is it below?) that, The Sims FreePlay's Moving Up update brings these new features:
  • New Hobby – Try your Sims’ hands at woodworking in the newest floor of the Community Center (previously the Sports Center).
  • New Furniture – Check out our new lounge settings, dining tables, and bathroom sinks. We’ve also got a fresh selection of windows and doors.
  • New Clothes – Dress up your Sims in all-new Adidas gear, available in the Specials tab of the Online Store.
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.3 or later, the newly updated The Sims FreePlay is available in the App Store as a, well, free-to-play title. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
