Today's Update Of iCookbook Is Brought To You By Sesame Street's Silly Snacks

April 18, 2013
The popular cooking app iCookbook has just been updated to version 3.1. Apparently, iCookbook 3.1 is just a minor update, considering that its release notes contain only the following:
  • New button design makes it easier to see recipes in grid view
  • Minor bug fixes and fine tuning
On the contrary, iCookbook 3.1 delivers much more than that. For one thing, iCookbook 3.1 introduces a new 20-recipe collection called Sesame Street's Silly Snacks. The new collection lets parents and kids have fun together in the kitchen while making snacks inspired by "Sesame Street." Each recipe in the collection features a "Sesame Street" character and a matching color, resulting in the following themes: Elmo's Heart-Warming Reds, Oscar's Good-For-You Greens, Grover's Brainy Blues & Purples, Big Bird's Power-Packed Yellows & Oranges, and Abby's Healthy Rainbows. Just go to the iCookbook's in-app store and download the collection for $2.99 to see what sorts of snacks these themes have. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, iCookbook 3.1 is available now in the App Store as a free update or as a new $4.99 download. In addition to the new Sesame Street's Silly Snacks collection, iCookbook offers thousands of other recipes handpicked by food experts and nutritionists. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
