Cydia Tweak: Slide To Remove Apps From The Multitasking Tray With Slide2Kill

One recent addition to the Cydia Store, called Slide2Kill, allows jailbreakers to easily manage their multitasking tray, and to quickly remove applications from the fast-app switcher. After downloading and installing the jailbreak tweak, users will be able to "slide down" on an app icon to remove it, thereby allowing users to bypass the default "wiggly mode" method of deleting applications from the iOS multitasking tray.
The jailbreak tweak adds a new pane in the Settings app, and here it's possible to enable or disable Slide2Kill, or to adjust the slide mechanism's sensitivity. This can be done using a slider-toggle. Users can also set an additional "slide up" action to remove all applications from the multitasking tray, allowing jailbreakers to clean up the fast-app switcher in no time at all.
At the moment, Slide2Kill is available to download in the Cydia Store free of charge, via the BigBoss repository. If you're looking for a more fully-featured multitasking alternative, however, we'd recommend you check out Auxo. Let us know if you decide to download either jailbreak tweak.
