Givit, the easy-to-use video-editing and video-sharing app, has just been given another big update.
Released in the App Store in October last year, Givit received its big 3.0 update last March. And now, its big 3.1 update has already arrived.
Givit 3.1 brings a number of new features, including but certainly not limited to a new Explore tab, custom thumbnail support, and resharing.
The app's new Explore section shows you the featured people and tags that you might find interesting as well as the people and tags that are trending at the moment.
The addition of custom thumbnail support in Givit means that, as in YouTube, you can now pick a thumbnail to serve as the preview of your video. Make it appealing and intriguing so that other Givit users will be compelled to play it and even "reshare" it right within Givit.
Yup, Givit now lets you reshare videos within the app itself. This way, the best and most amazing videos can be shared and made popular more easily and more quickly.
Givit 3.1 also features a redesigned profile view with stats, new video notifications control on a user-by-user basis, video duration and play counts, clickable tags and usernames, and an Add All Clips button.
Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later, Givit 3.1 is available now in the App Store for free.
