Adobe Revel 2.0 Features Redesigned Interface Plus New Explore And Activity Views
June 20, 2013
Adobe Revel has just been updated to version 2.0.
Formerly known as Adobe Carousel, Adobe Revel is a cloud-based service that automatically syncs your photos across your iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, and computer. It also offers a number of editing tools and options for privately or publicly sharing your photos with friends.
And it has just been enhanced with a new look and additional features through its big 2.0 update.
Adobe Revel 2.0 boasts a redesigned and remarkably refined interface that makes viewing, finding, and sharing photos easier than ever.
Its new interface comes with two new views, namely, the Explore View and the Activity View.
The Explore View cleverly makes a collage of your photos that you can swipe to navigate:
Check out the new Explore View, for an exciting new way to browse your pictures and re-discover memories you may have forgotten about. Explore View creates a collage from your Revel photos that you navigate by swiping the screen of your iPhone or iPad: it’s like a random “trip down memory lane” –you never know what you’ll find!As for the Activity View, it's a section dedicated to notifications for when someone likes or comments on any of your photos. Adobe Revel 2.0 is available now in the App Store for free. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.1 or later. During your first 30 days of using Adobe Revel, you can import as many photos as you want to the service. Beyond that, you will be able to import up to 50 photos every month. If you want to import as many photos as you want every month, you have to get a Revel Premium subscription via in-app purchase. A Revel Premium subscription is available for $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
