Up, Up, Down, Down ... Contra: Evolution Now Officially Available In The App Store

Just a few days ago, we told you that Contra: Evolution, the official iOS game based on Konami's Contra, would be relaunching in the App Store on Thursday following its premature release earlier this month. As it turns out, though, the game has already been relaunched a day earlier than expected.
As of today, Contra: Evolution is officially available in the App Store.
As mentioned in my original post, Contra: Evolution features high-resolution graphics, a remastered soundtrack, a new equipment system, and two new female characters.
With its relaunch, Contra: Evolution has also been updated with the following enhancements:
The game is available now in the App Store in two differently priced editions. Contra: Evolution for iPhone costs $0.99, while Contra: EvolutionHD for iPad costs $2.99. Note, though, that if you managed to download the game within the short time that it was available earlier this month, you need not repurchase the game. Instead, you just have to update or reinstall the game on your device. We'll have a full review of the game later here on AppAdvice.
