Basecamp iOS App Makes On-The-Go Project Management Easier With New Update
July 19, 2013
If you're a Basecamp user, then here's a to-do you need to check off right now: download Basecamp - Official App, which has just received another notable update.
Released last February, the official iOS app of the popular project management tool lets you access all of your Basecamp projects on the go. It allows you to catch up on your projects' progress, view and check off your to-dos, read and add comments, and even attach and download project-related files.
And now, the app lets you keep up with your Basecamp projects more easily with its latest update, which adds new Calendar and Me options to the app's home screen:
View and edit dates across all of your Projects and Calendars with the new "Next 6 Weeks" view and improved navigation. With the "Me" page, all of your assigned to-dos and recent activity is just a tap away. The new version of the official Basecamp iOS app is available now in the App Store for free. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later. The app was launched without support for Basecamp Classic accounts. But that omission was rectified through an update in April, enabling Basecamp Classic users (like us here at AppAdvice) to read messages and post comments, add and complete to-dos, see milestones, and browse Writeboards right from Basecamp - Official App. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
