Pocket Informant Pro Gains iOS 7-Like Interface, Evernote Reminders Support And More
July 22, 2013
A couple of months ago, Pocket Informant Pro was updated to version 3.0 with a new interface and a number of significant new features. Now, the popular calendar and task management app has received its follow-up 3.1 update, which also brings a new interface and several new features.
To be sure, the interface redesign in Pocket Informant Pro 3.1 merely improves on the interface redesign introduced in version 3.0. But it's notable in that, with its lighter themes and flatter elements, it essentially primes Pocket Informant Pro for iOS 7.
The new version of the app also includes the following new features, as outlined by Pocket Informant Pro developer Web Information Solutions:
In addition, the latest update to Pocket Informant Pro delivers various improvements to the app's rich text editor, including new formatting options, better responsiveness, and support for Evernote tables. Also including some bug fixes and performance optimizations, Pocket Informant Pro 3.1 is available now in the App Store as a free update or as a new $12.99 download. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.1 or later, Pocket Informant Pro is featured as a "notable app" in our Best Calendar Apps AppGuide and as an "essential app" in our Best iPad Task Management Apps AppGuide.
