You Can Now Play As A Conquistador, Footballer Or Explorer In Temple Run 2

July 17, 2013
Temple Run 2 has just stumbled upon another major update. The new update brings new playable characters and an improved menu along with the usual bug fixes and performance optimizations. Originally, Temple Run's sequel featured Guy Dangerous, Scarlett Fox, Barry Bones, and Karma Lee. Now, thanks to its latest update, the game presents three more unlockable playable characters. There's Francisco Montoya, an old yet agile conquistador. There's also Zack Wonder, a football player. And then there's Montana Smith, an explorer out of the Indiana Jones mold (and school of character nomenclature). As mentioned, the new Temple Run 2 update also includes an improved pause menu. Specifically, said menu now gives you quick access to the current objectives, daily and weekly challenges, and player stats while you're in the middle of playing. The new version of Temple Run 2 is available now in the App Store for free. The game is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.3 or later. This is only the third major update to come to Temple Run 2. Its previous couple of updates added daily and weekly challenges, a new terrain, and new obstacles, among other improvements. Released just half a year ago, Temple Run 2 has already becomes one of the top 25 all-time free iPad apps in the App Store. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
