Briefscase Gets Loaded With iCloud And Dropbox Syncing Plus Other Enhancements

Briefscase has just received its first major update.
Released early last May, Briefscase is the official companion app of Briefs, a Mac app that lets developers create "briefs" or mockups for describing mobile apps to others.
Briefscase's first major update actually comes as a result of Briefs' very own first major update. It's worth noting that the new key features in Briefscase mirror those in Briefs.
First, there's the addition of support for both iCloud and Dropbox. Briefscase now lets you load briefs from iCloud and from a designated folder in Dropbox (~/Dropbox/Apps/Briefs). Whether on iCloud or Dropbox, changes made from Briefs are automatically synced to Briefscase.
Second, Briefscase now supports scrollable actors and scene gestures.

The newly updated Briefscase also includes the following enhancements and bug fixes:
The new version of Briefscase is available now in the App Store for free. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later. The new version of Briefs, on the other hand, is available now in the Mac App Store as a free update or as a new $199.99 download. The app is compatible with OS X 10.8 or later. - Added iTunes File Sharing support for putting briefs directly on your device from within iTunes.
- Added a setting to disable the "Player Controls" reminder upon the start of briefs playback.
- Added a setting to always overwrite existing brief with a published brief of the same name, disabling the popup confirmation.
- Fixed a crash that would occur while refreshing the briefs list.
- Fixed an issue that would cause Briefscase to show a blank screen if a brief was published from the Mac while a BriefsLive session was active.
- Fixed an issue that would cause touches to be ignored after rotating the device.
- Improved performance of loading and playing back very large brief files. (> 500MB)
