Find The Next Awesome Concert With Timbre 2.0, The Music Discovery App For iPhone
August 22, 2013
Timbre, the location-based concert finder for iPhone, has received a fairly substantial app update. Version 2.0 includes a number of new social features that make it easier to tell your friends about the concerts you love.
First launched in September 2012, Timbre helps users discover live music and concerts within a user-defined radius. Each listing includes ticket information, a map to the event, and of course, plenty of background music. Timbre also makes it easy to save upcoming events to the Calendar app, or share concert information with others via Facebook, Twitter, SMS, or email.
The latest app version also includes the ability to track your favorite shows by starring them, plus improved posters to “motivate you to leave your apartment.” Spotify subscribers also have the opportunity to listen to full songs while reading each listing.
If you're a concert fanatic, be sure to add Timbre to your list of apps. It is available now in the App Store.
