Guitar! By Smule Gets Fine-Tuned With New Features And Improvements

Guitar! by Smule has just just received an update that brings a set of improvements that is sure to be music to all fans' ears.
Released last May, Guitar! is an interactive guitar-playing app created by the music app developer extraordinaire Smule. As noted by my colleague Brent, "As the name suggests, the app focuses on the guitar, but as a nice twist it also brings vocals into the mix from the developer’s Sing! Karaoke app."
The latest update to Guitar! brings new free songs to play every week. Also, new songs, both free and VIP, will be released every week, and you can decide what those are going to be. Just tap the option at the bottom of the song selection screen to vote for the song that you want to see released in Guitar!.

The new update also unlocks all guitars. Previously, only the acoustic guitar is initially unlocked in Guitar!. But now, you're free to also choose the electric guitar or the rock guitar.
In addition, you're now free to choose your vocal collaborators for each song from the top performances in Sing! Karaoke.
The new version of Guitar! by Smule is available now in the App Store for free. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later.
The newly updated app also features a metronome option, high-contrast color preferences, and a left-handed guitar mode.
