Even though Microsoft’s Surface tablet is a certified bust, the company isn’t done taking jabs at Apple products.
The company’s most recent television advertisement once again recruits the voice of Siri to “compare” the iPad mini with the Acer Iconia W3.

While the ability to play Halo is a big advantage for the Acer tablet, the rest of the comparisons seems to fall pretty flat. Being able to use a full version of Office just doesn’t seem to a big draw for users, no matter how much Microsoft hopes it is.
And just a quick search shows that the Acer tablet hasn’t exactly been well received. The Verge, for example, lambasted the tablet in its review, saying the hardware “sucks” and that the screen is “shockingly bad.” That’s not exactly a ringing endorsement.
