Magazine publisher Hearst is offering a nice deal on the iPad version of a number of titles. With each one-year subscription to one of the magazines, readers will receive a $10 iTunes credit.
Here’s the complete list of magazines:
More about the promotion can be found here. The deal is only for a limited time and while supplies last. Unless specifically canceled by a user, the subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of each term. Sales tax will also be charged where applicable. While I’m a big fan of magazine subscription services like Next Issue, I’m glad to see Hearst actively trying to get new users for the iPad editions of its popular titles. Do you subscribe to the iPad version of any magazines? What should publishers do to make their titles more attractive to readers?
