Avatron Software's Air Display 2 Lets You Connect Up To 4 iPads Simultaneously

October 20, 2013
Avatron Software has just released the sequel to its popular external monitor app for iOS, Air Display. Unsurprisingly, the new app is called Air Display 2. Also, it pretty much works in the same way as its predecessor. As Avatron Software notes, with the app:
… you can wirelessly extend your computer desktop to gain more space or you can mirror your computer's screen to your iOS device and control your computer with intuitive iOS touch gestures and/or Air Display's elegant built in keyboard. Got a Bluetooth keyboard? you can use that too!
But perhaps the biggest selling point of Air Display 2, or at least the one thing that really differentiates it from the original Air Display, is its ability to wirelessly mirror your screen to up to four iPads simultaneously — perfect for presentations and training sessions. Note, though, that this feature is initially available for Mac only, but Windows support is already in the works. Air Display 2 works in conjunction with a free app for Mac or PC. For the setup to work, your computer and iOS client must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later, Air Display 2 is available now in the App Store for $4.99. Note that the original Air Display app has been removed from the App Store. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
