Circa News 2.0 For iPhone Features iOS 7 Support, Alerts And More

October 3, 2013
One of the most popular news apps for iPhone now supports Apple’s iOS 7. Circa News 2.0 is available in the App Store. First launched in October 2012, the free app presents the stories of the day in short snippets. It separates news into five broad categories: United States, U.S. Politics, World, Technology, and Science & Health. With version 2.0, the condensed news app has been updated to take into account the flat design of iOS 7. In addition, Circa News now includes breaking news functionality. Users can receive alerts, and are able to follow stories as they happen in real time. Other new features include:
  • Even faster story reading experience on iOS 7
  • Full screen maps & images: Tap an image or map to view a beautiful high resolution version
  • Various improvements and bug fixes: We've carefully applied a fresh coat of paint & finishings!
