CSR Racing Makes Way For CSR Classics, Featuring Some Of The Finest Cars Ever Made

October 17, 2013
NaturalMotion has just released CSR Classics, its follow-up to the popular iOS racing game CSR Racing. If you'll recall, CSR Racing was first shown at Apple's WWDC last year. It then went on to become one of last year's most lucrative games in the App Store. And now, NaturalMotion is apparently aiming to duplicate that level of success with the newly released CSR Classics. "Race the greatest cars ever made, and restore them to their former glory!" That's the main directive of CSR Classics in its App Store description. Indeed, CSR Classics lets you get behind the wheels of some of the finest automobiles ever produced, including classic models from Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Lancia, Mercedes, MINI, Nissan, Plymouth, Pontiac, and Shelby. The game lets you upgrade and restore your chosen rides to win in drag races à la CSR Racing. Also featuring a new graphics engine that makes for various impressive effects, CSR Classics is available now in the App Store for free. The game is optimized for iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, fifth-generation iPod touch, iPad 2, third-generation iPad, fourth-generation iPad, and iPad mini. Yesterday, another popular racing game, Electronic Arts' Real Racing 3, was updated with new cars from Ferrari and other enhancements. Also yesterday, it was announced that Anki Drive, the iOS-connected real-world racing game unveiled at WWDC last June, would be available at Apple stores beginning next week.
