Pebble Smart Watch Team To Announce Some 'Big News' On Nov. 6 Via Live Stream
November 5, 2013
Big things are apparently afoot over at Pebble Technology, the maker of the popular Pebble iOS-connected smart watch.
In a new update post (its first in just over three months), the Pebble team has announced that it's going to hold an event tomorrow in order to unveil some "big news," especially for Pebble app developers:
This Wednesday, November 6th, we'll be sharing the details. You're invited to join our (hopefully less blue) livestream at 10am PST to hear the news first hand. Just visit www.getpebble.com Wednesday after 9am PST for a link to the event. If you're currently developing for Pebble, or interested in creating apps for Pebble, then you should definitely tune in!If you can't be online to witness the event as it unfolds, don't worry. The details of the news and a recording of the live stream will be posted immediately after the event. In addition, Pebble founder Eric Migicovsky and Pebble's developer support team will be participating in a Reddit AMA tomorrow at 12 p.m. PST. As an avid user of the device, I'm definitely looking forward to what the team behind the Pebble smart watch has in store. In its update post, the Pebble team also notes that 460 of its 68,929 Kickstarter backers haven't received their Pebble smart watches yet. If you happen to be one of those, make sure to let Pebble know by entering your information at http://bit.ly/kswaiting.
