Work Toward Your Running Goals With Nike+ Running's New Nike+ Coach Feature

December 21, 2013
Nike has just updated its Nike+ Running app for iOS with a new feature that is aimed at keeping you motivated toward achieving your running goals. The new feature is called Nike+ Coach:
Take on your next running goal and never look back. Whether you’re looking to take on your first 5K or smash your marathon PR, Nike+ Coach comes equipped with training programs, coaching tips, and daily workouts to get you race-ready.
With Nike+ Coach, you can choose to work toward 5K, 10K, half-marathon or marathon distances. You can also choose from beginner, intermediate or advanced training levels. Nike+ Coach also lets you get daily run reminders, track your progress, and see what's next in your training program. The new version of Nike+ Running is available now in the App Store for free. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.1 or later. Earlier this month, a couple of other Nike+ apps received their own major updates. Nike+ FuelBand was updated with sleep tracking, session calibration, and other enhancements, while Nike+ Move was updated with improvements to its Where You Moved and leaderboard sections.
