Send Valentines And Other Greeting Cards From Your iPhone With Paperless Post 3.0
January 25, 2014
The official iOS app of the popular stationery-focused e-commerce company Paperless Post has just been updated to version 3.0.
Version 3.0 of Paperless Post for iOS adds support for sending greeting cards from the app's iPhone edition. "Just in time for Valentine’s Day," notes the Paperless Post team, "you can now design, send, and track greeting cards right from the iPhone app!"
Of course, Valentine's Day isn't the only occasion that Paperless Post caters to. With the newly updated app, you can browse different designs from Paperless Post's entire greeting card collection, including birthday cards, thank you cards, and "just because" cards.
And in designing a greeting card to send, you can customize it by formatting the text, adding a background, and uploading photos.

Note, though, that designing invitations with full RSVP collection functionality is still exclusive to Paperless Post's iPad edition. But a future update including said functionality is already planned for the iPhone edition.
Going back to the current update: with it, logging in or signing up is no longer a requirement for entering the app. Now, a Paperless Post account is required only for sending a card or accessing the app's Post Box section.
Also including the customary round of bug fixes, Paperless Post 3.0 is available now in the App Store for free. It's compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later.
