Apartment Rental App RadPad Gains Real-Time Messaging, DriveTime And More
March 12, 2014
That's so rad! I'm talking about the latest update to RadPad, which introduces a couple of excellent features.
First and foremost, the update enhances RadFad's Quick Message with real-time messaging, enabling quick and easy communication between renters and landlords:
The update also introduces DriveTime, a new feature that lets you see how far a particular pad is from a given location — especially useful if you want to know how long your daily commute will take or, say, how close you will be to your significant other's house. The latest update to RadPad, which was released in September 2012, also includes new in-app sounds and design modifications for the app's navigation and listing detail pages. Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later, RadPad is available in the App Store for free. RadPad is available in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Orlando, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. - Send & receive messages through RadPad so you never have to use your personal email address again.
- Know when a property owner has read your message so there's no more guessing if they received it.
- See the location of the property owner when they send you messages (this helps prevent fraud because you'll know exactly where the message is being sent from).
- Quick Message now uses Push & Email notifications so you get instantly notified the second you have a new message.
