The life-logging and quantified self-improvement app OptimizeMe has just received its first major update, a little over two months after its launch on iOS. OptimizeMe is an iOS app that helps you record your life in order to optimize it, so to speak. The app lets you track your daily activities to show how everything you do and everyone you meet impact your life, health, and fitness. Through its first major update, OptimizeMe has gained new features and enhancements for better life-logging and self-improvement. These include integration with Apple's M7 motion coprocessor for automatic step counting, new data feeds, period tracking for female users, and more:
