Modulo Is The Swiss Army Knife Of Portable Battery Packs For Your iOS Device

While most portable battery packs offer a similar set of features, an interesting Kickstarter project really stands out. Modulo is an expandable and portable set of batteries that can easily charge a number of USB-based devices, including the iPhone and iPad.
Each 2,100 mAH Modulo can charge one device. Up to five can be daisy-chained for up to 10,500 mAH of power for different devices. Each Modulo weighs just 2.4 ounces and offers a credit card like design.

Another unique option is the Smart Attatch module. Thanks to micro-sunction technology, it allows users to attach a Modulo directly to their device.
Right now, for a $25 pledge, you can snag one Modulo, a short micro-USB cable, a smart attach module, and one skin to personalize the device. Buyers can also order other accessories like a Lightning adapter and a short Lightning cable for extra.
All rewards are estimated to ship in July. With 24 more days left to go, users have pledged more than $71,000, well past the original $30,000 goal. Some interesting stretch goals yet to be reached include a crank to create your own energy and a solar charging Modulo.
