Buffer App Gets Redesigned And Updated With Feeds And Multiple Account Sharing
June 17, 2014
Buffer for iOS has just been updated to version 3.2 with several notable enhancements.
Released in December 2011, the official iOS app of the popular social network management and sharing tool was updated to version 3.0 last April. Buffer 3.0 introduced a new design for iOS 7, added support for content suggestions and contributions, and included a few other improvements.
Last month, the app was updated to version 3.1 with support for two-factor authentication, improved accessibility, and still more improvements.
Now, Buffer 3.2 is here, and with it come feeds and groups as well as style and improved navigation.
Now, users can find and share content from their favorite feeds right within the app. Users on Buffer's Awesome and Business plans can connect up to 15 feeds per profile.
Users can now also share to multiple accounts (on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, and App.net) at once with a single tap using groups. Note that this feature is an added component of the Business plan. As such, users can try it out at any time with a Business plan trial.
The new version of Buffer also sports a new style that matches the look and feel of Buffer's Web app and a new structure for easier navigation.
Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 7.0 or later, Buffer 3.2 is available now on the App Store for free.
Buffer's Awesome and Business plans are available for $10 per month and for as low as $50 per month, respectively.
