Some Users Experiencing Intermittent App Store And iTunes Outages

Update: The App Store and iTunes seem to be back to normal.
We're getting some reports of intermittent App Store and iTunes outages for users. It seems to be happening in both the desktop and iOS versions of the store.
Currently, Apple's Support Page is listing no issues, but we will keep you informed.
