Apple Watch: How much will it cost and when's it due to launch?

Apple has officially unveiled its Apple Watch on-stage at the Flint Center in Cupertino, California, but how much will it cost and when’s it going to launch?
Well, according to Apple, the upcoming device will retail from $349, and it’s due to hit Apple Retail Stores in “early 2015.” Do note, however, that this price is for the low-end Apple Watch; the better-looking models are set to retail for a lot more.
Plus, if you have a legacy iPhone, Apple Watch isn’t going to be compatible with your handset: rather, the new smart watch requires an iPhone 5 or above in order to function.
