Is iOS 8 causing problems or running well on your iOS devices?
We often hear from readers that a new iOS version has caused problems on their older iOS devices. Most of the complaints we have received about iOS 8 have come from iPhone 4s users. The 3-year-old handset is the oldest that is compatible with iOS 8.
Strangely, we are also hearing from iPhone 5s users, who claim that iOS 8 has caused significant problems on their year-old device.
Among the problems cited are slower load times in apps, a lag when connecting to Wi-Fi, and battery issues. Our readers aren’t the only ones experiencing these issues, as recent reports from Forbes and BGR prove.
Most likely, Apple is aware of these issues and will make the necessary corrections in iOS 8.0.1, which should be released soon. Problems with third-party apps will probably be corrected once they become iOS 8 compatible through an app update.
In the meantime, we’d like to hear from our readers. Are you having issues with iOS 8? Let us know by using the comments below.
