Let's take a look inside Apple's brand new iMac with Retina display

Apple has unveiled an iMac with Retina display on stage during its ongoing October event, but besides the higher resolution screen, what else does the new desktop computer feature?

First up, the 27-inch iMac with Retina display includes a 3.5 GHz quad-core Intel I5 processor. There are also AMD Radeon R9 graphics which power the screen, and Thunderbolt 2 ports and a 1TB fusion drive are both now standard in the computer.

In terms of CTO graphics in teraflops the new iMac with Retina display clocks in at 3.5 teraflops (compared with the previous iMac’s 2.4 teraflops).

Finally, 8GB of RAM is also standard in the brand new iMac with Retina display.
