Spoiler Shield just works. All you have to do is launch the app and sign in to your Facebook and Twitter accounts. You can then select from a list of shows and sports teams to block any updates that reference them. The app doesn’t actually delete content from your feeds, it simply shows a shield over the top so you can’t see them but know they exist. It’s pretty simple and yet pure genius.

Timegg can do it all. The simple two panel UI provides you with quick access to all of its many functions. The first panel allows you to create up to eight reminders, countdown events, alarms, and timers. The second panel allows you to add up to eight music timers and world clocks. The second panel also includes a stopwatch because, why not?
Timegg Pro is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 275 ratings.
Fitly makes fitness fun. It allows you to compete with your friends via Game Center to see who can achieve the most steps over an entire week. Since it utilizes Apple’s M7 chip, it’s able to track your motion without draining your battery down to zero. This also means that Fitly only works on iPhone 5s or above. The achievements you earn for your dedication can be shared via Twitter, Facebook, or Messages.

Frequent users of streaming radio are going to love My Music. It allows you to look up artists you’ve recently heard and save them for later. You’re able to search for artists by name and My Music will provide you with all of the results from iTunes. The colors and themes for each artist saved are generated by the colors of the album artwork, which adds a nice personal touch. Each entry in your list also includes a link to the artist’s Wikipedia entry, YouTube videos, and discography.

Universal:
Laminar Pro helps you cut out your computer entirely when it comes to editing photos thanks to its exhaustive support for layers and masks. It truly allows you to do anything with your photos, whether that’s adjust their components, apply filters, add borders, paint over them, or even annotate them. Each layer can be manager separately as well. Your final creations can be shared via all of your favorite social networks or saved locally.
Laminar Pro – Image Editor is available for free today only (10/29). It has a 4-star rating with a total of 280 ratings.
Superburst is wicked fast. It allows you to capture up to 240 photos per second with just the tap of your finger. If you hold down the shutter button, you can continue to burst until you can’t burst anymore. When you’re done capturing your action shots, pick only the ones you want to keep from the collection or share them via Facebook, Twitter, Messages, AirDrop, or email. The app also includes a slow-mo shutter mode, and front- and back-facing camera support.
