Apple releases iOS 8.1.1 with iPad 2, iPhone 4s improvements

Apple has just released the latest update of iOS to the public – version 8.1.1.
According to the release notes, the new version offers bug fixes, increased stability, and performance improvements for the iPhone 4s and iPad 2.
The first beta version was seeded to developers earlier this month.
The software can be downloaded through iTunes or directly on your iOS device by going to Settings, General, Software Update.
We’ll let you know if we find any other improvements in the new software.
