Pixelmator for Mac and iPad are on Black Friday sale at 50 percent off
For Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday, a great many apps have been discounted by their respective developers and put on limited-time sale. As it happens, these include both Mac and iPad editions of the acclaimed graphic editor developed by the Pixelmator Team, none other than Pixelmator.
Pixelmator for Mac is normally available for $29.99. But it’s currently on Black Friday sale at 50 percent off, for only $14.99.
Now it may be odd to see “only” right next to a price point that’s greater than 10 bucks. But it’s actually not unwarranted considering the wealth of advanced image editing features the app affords, especially after its OS X Yosemite-optimizing update earlier this month.
Pixelmator for Mac
As for Pixelmator for iPad, its launch promotion has been extended, making it available still for only $4.99 for another week.
Pixelmator for iPad was launched about a month ago, a week after it was demoed at Apple’s iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 event.

Pixelmator for Mac is compatible with OS X 10.9.5 or later, while Pixelmator for iPad is compatible with iPad running iOS 8.0 or later.
