If you find yourself stuck you can employ different types of hints, but they will cost you. You can also tap on an image to get a closer look. The app includes multiple puzzle sets, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

Hollow Words is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 284 ratings.

Sleepy Fan – Get Restful Sleep with fan and white noise sounds ($1.99 → Free, 12.8 MB): Block out the world with this relaxation app from the creators of Sunny, Windy, and Thunderspace. It’s for anyone who has trouble falling asleep or focusing on a task.

Like Taptanium’s other apps, Sleepy Fan is all about the high quality audio. It’s encoded in 256 kbps AAC, making it truly sound like a fan is spinning in the background. You’re able to choose from an oscillating, ceiling, or desk fan, and you can mix in and tweak white, pink, and brown noise. Just sit back, get comfortable, and then tap on the fan to get the blades spinning!

Sleepy Fan – Get Restful Sleep with fan and white noise sounds is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 74 ratings.

Battle Riders ($0.99 → Free, 249.4 MB): Jump behind the wheel of some bruising vehicles and blast your way to the finish line in Battle Riders. It’s perfect for gamers who enjoy combat racing.

Battle Riders does a marvelous job mixing together gaming’s most popular genres. To earn the top spot on the podium, you’ll not only have to nimbly race around crazy tracks but also take down your opponents with powerful weapons like missiles, mines, ray guns, and machine guns. As you make your way through career mode you’ll be able to unlock new vehicles, exciting challenges, and better weapons. The game includes more than 120 events, nine tracks, three environments, and multiple control options.

Each entry can be colored coded and tagged, and you’re able to attach entries to other entries or convert them at any time. All of your entries can be viewed on a single timeline, or you can filter them by category or tag. You’re also able to search for something specific by keyword or date. Journal entries can also be previewed in full-screen and shared via email, Facebook, Twitter, or Messages. The app includes iCloud support, a built-in browser, Markdown syntax highlighting, and undo and redo.

You’re able to duel with AI controlled opponents along with other players from around the world in a vast galactic battlefield. Learning how to play guitar doesn’t have to be difficult, at least not with Star Scales HD. The app throws out the idea of using complicated charts and instead has you practicing scale patterns. Each scale features fingering and note names in all positions on the fretboard, making it remarkably easy to master a specific pattern. Since each scale and all its patterns are taught one at a time, you won’t become overwhelmed. The app includes all blues, rock, and jazz guitar scales, zoom, a random scale pattern generator, and the ability to share scales via email or social networks.

Star Scales HD For Guitar is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 38 ratings.
