Hiding behind the “Games” tab at the top of our site, we’re always busy bringing you the best of what’s coming to iOS over at GamingSOON. That’s because there’s never a dull moment in the iOS gaming department, with new titles being announced and released all the time. However, sometimes things can get hectic when releases begin to pile up. To make sure you haven’t missed anything important, here are some of the highlights from the past week of upcoming game announcements.

1. Spin Commander
Release date: June 2015
In Spin Commander, players have to get out of their usual comfort zones and actually move their bodies around. The goal of the game is to push away the enemies and survive as long as you can. To do this, you need to spin yourself or your phone around to rotate your ship avatar and shoot the incoming enemies to defend yourself. How long can you last?
2. Wild Rodeo
Release date: May 7, 2015
Wild Rodeo is an arcade game where players control their character by touching the left and right sides of the screen. The player must use these simple touch controls to balance the character on the mechanical horse without falling off. Are you up for the challenge? Rise through the ranks and be the top cowboy! There is a wide variety of diverse characters to choose from as you step up and become a master of balance.
3. Slippy Squid
Release date: Summer 2015
In Slippy Squid, giant mollusks with eight arms invades your peaceful home town. You and your fellow citizens (who also have eight arms, but they are much shorter) flee when you realize resistance is futile. A counterattack is planned, and you must swim back through dangerous waters and prepare yourself for a head-to-head battle against those giant, pesky invaders.
4. KonMa
Release date: May 6, 2015
A poor soul has become lost in the Reverse world. Now, it’s up to you to take control of KonMa and embark on a dangerous adventure laden with traps, shadow creatures, as well as other hazards in hopes of finally reaching Heaven. Unknowing what lies ahead, you must traverse the gloomy multi-staged corridors, executing precision movements with some backwards thinking through tight areas to locate and utilize the exit portals.
5. Flite
Release date: May 20, 2015
Flite is a new endless action arcade game set in a visually pleasing, minimalistic environment. Your goal in Flite is to travel upwards and avoid the spinning shapes and obstacles, all while collecting as many stars as you can. Are you up for a challenge?
