Starry Night Interactive Animation allows you to be the artist. The famous painting comes to life through enchaining animations, and you’re able to manipulate the flow of lines by sliding your finger over them. The speed of the flow can be adjusted as well to match your mood. If you tap and hold on the edge of the screen you can enter 3-D zoom mode and pan around the painting by swiping.

You’re able to import any photo from your library or snap a new one in-app. Then draw a path onto the photo for your text to follow. You can craft a custom message with more than 300 fonts. Your final creations can be shared via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Flickr. The app also includes a variety of ways to adjust your text, 26 photo filters, and a handful of built-in text shapes.

Bio Inc. Platinum – Biomedical Plague ($1.99 → Free, 79.0 MB): Become the ultimate evil doctor by developing lethal illnesses for your patients in Bio Inc. Bio Inc. is for gamers that enjoy having a sick sense of power.

This is one sickening game, but in a rather irresistible way. Your job is to take down formerly healthy patients in any way possible as quickly as you can. You must first collect viruses and bacteria in order to earn bio points. Once you have enough, you can start to cause health problems for your patients and go after vital organs. The more problems you can cause, the faster you patient will succumb to them. The game includes 18 stages, 100 conditions, and some fantastic graphics with real-time body degradation.

Bio Inc. Platinum – Biomedical Plague is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 248 ratings.

Aqueduct ($4.99 → Free, 50.0 MB): Rearrange the tracks to restore the flow of water in Aqueduct. It’s perfect for puzzle game fans who want a true challenge.

Don’t let Aqueduct’s colorful sketch art and relaxing soundtrack fool you. This is one tough logic puzzle game. The concept is simple enough. All you have to do is drag and drop the tracks into their proper positions in order to restore the flow of water. The problem is that locked gates, conveyor belts, portals, and all kinds of other crazy obstacles stand in your way. The game includes more than 250 unique puzzles to sink your time into.

Email for Business ($4.99 → Free, 39.2 MB): Send out professionally designed letterheads and attractive notecards with Email for Business. The app is designed for business professionals who spend a lot of time dealing with emails.

What we really like about Email for Business is that you only need to enter your details once. All you have to do is spend some time creating your profile, or as many profiles as you like, and then the data will automatically be populated within whatever letterhead or notecard you choose. Each of the 20 unique letterhead and notecard designs also feature customizable fields. The app includes the option to print your letterheads and notecards instead of emailing them.

Email for Business is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 27 ratings.
