You’re able to choose from six canvas sizes before starting on your work of pixel art. You can then import an image from your library to use as an outline, or you can just go freehand. The app also includes a color picker, a thumbnail preview of your work, undo and redo, and the ability to share your creations via Facebook, Twitter, or email.
Dots (Pixel Art) is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 89 ratings.
The app now includes 12 different Today view widgets: App Launcher, Conversations, Calculator, Memory, CPU, Storage, Battery, Share, Speed Call, Network, Network Addresses, and Runtime. To add any or all of the widgets, simply scroll all of the way down to the bottom of the Today view and tap on the “Edit” button. You can arrange the widgets however you wish. Some of the widgets include customizable settings and colorful themes.

- It must have at least a three-star average rating at the time it goes free.
- The app must not have been free numerous times (3+) over the last six months.
- The free version of your app must not include ads.
