Be a wolf of Wall Street with SPARK for iOS

SPARK, an iPhone application that launched on the App Store earlier this week, promises to help iOS device owners discover new, smart stock ideas every day.

You can download the app free of charge now, and it’s indeed optimized for the iPhone (and iPod touch) only. This, unfortunately, doesn’t include full support for the 6 and 6s devices, but let’s start with the good stuff.

SPARK, then, is designed to help users discover new stock ideas right from their mobile device. “Create ‘decks’ based upon technical, fundamental, and sentiment data so you can see what’s moving in the market – and find the next potential winners. Swipe right to save the stocks you ‘like’ into your watchlist, or left for those you wish to ‘pass’ on,” developer Spark Finance explains in the application’s release notes. As such, you can go from stock newbie to master-trader in the space of a few days, with SPARK at your side (or, rather, on your iPhone).

But that’s not all. SPARK can also scan for some of the most popular stocks among heavyweight traders. Inside the app, iPhone owners can keep tabs on what some of the best active traders and investors are buying, in order to get in on the action before prices rise.

There are also a number of further features, which Spark Finance outlines in the application’s release notes. These include:

Promising an easy-to-use user interface (UI) combined with killer features, SPARK could be the one of the best finance apps on iOS. Heck, it can certainly give the built-in Stocks app a run for its money. (That’s right: pun intended.)
