Just a little more than a week after hitting the market, Apple has unveiled the first software update for the new Apple TV – tvOS 9.0.1.
There are apparently no release notes, but judging by update number, it probably focuses on providing a number of bug fixes.
It will automatically download to the new Apple TV if you’ve enabled automatic updates. You can also head to Settings, System, and then Software Update to start the download.
Further software updates are in the pipeline for the streaming device as a beta version of tvOS 9.1 has already been released to registered developers.
