Today’s apps gone free: God of Light, Hashpic, Toca Nature and more
iPhone:
Hashpic puts an end to endless camera roll scrolling. Instead, it allows you to simply snap a picture of what you want to remember, whether that’s a model number of a product or a tasty beer you tried at your friend’s house, and hashtag it for quick discovery. Pictures can include multiple hashtags in order to refine your searches. The app also includes the ability to adjust the size of the picture grid, import pictures, and attach additional notes.
#hashpic – Picture Notes is available for free for a limited time. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 8 ratings.
Monote is simple and effective, just as a note taking app should be. It utilizes Touch ID to ensure your notes are always safe and secure. Once inside, you’re able to populate multiple notebooks with all of your thoughts. Notebooks can be cycled through via arrows at the bottom of the screen, or you can jump to a specific notebook via a pop-out menu. While recording your thoughts you’re able to quickly adjust the text, add bullet points, add the date, move the cursor, and select text via a handy toolbar at the top of the keyboard.
Monote is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 36 ratings.
Having discovered that her husband is a descendant of a cursed family doomed to death, Audrey must confront the evil that haunts him and stop a series of grisly murders. You must help her by searching for objects and clues in 50 scenes and 11 adventurous settings. You’re also able to utilize four search powers in case you get stuck. The game includes 11 mini-games, two bonus modes, and achievements via Game Center.
Letters from Nowhere® 2 (Full) is available for free for a limited time. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 5 ratings.
Universal:
God of Light is one of the best looking puzzle games to arrive this year. The star of the show is Shiny, a ball of light that needs your help keeping the universe from going dark. It’s your job to explore the vast darkness by guiding his light with your finger. His light can be manipulated with mirrors, splitters, prisms, and even black holes. Utilize them all to collect each light crystal and light up the targets. The game is loaded with 125 levels to work your way through.
God of Light is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 3378 ratings.
This may be the most interactive Toca Boca title yet, and that’s saying something. Your child can put their fingers to the screen to build up mountains, carve out lakes, chop down trees, or plant a new forest. They’re also able to collect berries, nuts, and mushrooms in order to feed the wildlife. Anything goes in the world of Toca Nature. If your child sees something unexpected that they want to share, they can snap a photo using the built-in camera.
Toca Nature is available for free today only (12/16). It has a 4-star rating with a total of 655 ratings.
