Today’s apps gone free: RetainIt, Pepi Doctor, Rollabear and more
iPhone:
You’ll want to start by creating cabinets for different areas of your life like work, school, and personal. You’re then able to populate each cabinet with to-dos, projects, goals, reminders, contacts, notes, photos, and much more. All of the information you enter can be filtered and organized with tags, folders, and even links that allow you to group related items between categories. RetainIt also includes full search, the ability to create reminders with natural language, Dropbox support, a built-in browser, and the ability to edit icons and backgrounds.
RetainIt – Organize & To-Do is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 36 ratings.
Universal:
Send Red down each path by swiping, but keep in mind that his brakes have given out on him, so he’s unable to stop and change direction. Pick up cobs of corn and exchange them for hints and power-ups. Finish levels as quickly and efficiently as possible to earn a perfect rating. The game includes 130 levels, all kinds of upgrades for Red, iCloud integration, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.
Tractor Trails is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 73 ratings.
The app includes four interactive situations that will have your child performing tasks by the sink, in the laundry room, in the bathtub, and in the bathroom. Each situation includes a variety of tasks to perform with the character PEPI, which can be a little boy or girl. The best part is, you don’t have to worry about any notifications or in-app purchases popping up, so you can let your child enjoy the app all on their own.

Your child is able to join an adorable kitty named Max on a playroom date. They’re able to participate in games of seek and find, matching, memory, puzzles, and colors and numbers. Each can be played separately or all at once using the Game Mix mode. You’re also able to create custom voice-overs for all of the game’s responses.

We’re recommending Pepi Doctor today because it’s not only fun, it’s educational! Your child is able to choose from three sick little patients: Amber, Eva, and Milo. They will have to cure five different illnesses using more than 20 different tools. Helpful outlines will appear in case your child doesn’t know what to do with the tool in question. When a patient has been cured, they will give a smile and some applause.
Pepi Doctor is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 96 ratings.
Roll Bubba Bear, Poppy the panda, Otis, and all of their friends through 3-D environments to collect fish and knock down lumberjacks. Just pull back on the slingshot, release, and watch your bear curl up into a ball. You can then tap the sides of the screen to steer your bear around obstacles and towards the fish. When you’re nearing the end of the level, you’ll see lumberjacks lined up like bowling pins. Try to score a strike to earn the most points. The game includes three modes, three worlds, six chapters, 60 levels, 20 bears to unlock, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.
