You can now purchase a refurbished version of the fourth-generation Apple TV from Apple’s online store.
A 32GB version is $129, a $20 savings. The larger 64GB edition costs $169, $30 less than a non-refurbished unit.
Like all of Apple’s other refurbished products, the new Apple TV comes with a standard, one-year warranty. All units have also been tested and certified before being sold.
While the refurbished models are offered at a discount from retail prices, there’s an even better deal online if you’re looking for a brand-new Apple TV an bundled HDMI cord. Radio Shack is offering the 32GB and 64GB versions for $119.98 and $169.98, respectively. The site does charge a $5.95 shipping fee, though.
Hitting the market back in October, the fourth-generation device is highlighted by Siri integration, its own App Store, and a unique touchpad remote control. If you’re interested, take a look at all our coverage of the tvOS App Store here.
